Врач-гинеколог Елена Леонардовна Селиванова опаздывает на работу и решает поймать “частника”. Водитель джипа, мрачноватый небритый тип, поначалу ей не нравится. Но первое впечатление обманчиво: Шурик оказывается неоценимым помощником. На прием к Елене приходит молодая девушка, которую она утром видела на остановке. Пытаясь получить направление на прерывание беременности, Марианна предъявляет чужой паспорт. Поняв, что ее разоблачили, девушка убегает, оставив в клинике паспорт и свой мобильный телефон. Елена понимает, что с ней случилась какая-то беда…
