Авторская программа Дмитрия Крылова “Непутевые заметки” появилась на Первом канале Центрального Телевидения в начале 1991 года. Первый 4-х серийный фильм назывался “Непутевые заметки или ИЗ ЛОНДОНА С ЛЮБОВЬЮ”. На фоне официоза международной тележурналистики “Непутевые заметки” сразу же привлекли к себе внимание. Зрителям импонировал субъективный и непредвзятый взгляд на жизнь Запада, временами наивный, иногда ироничный. Автор вовсе не выдавал себя за знатока заграничной жизни. Поэтому при просмотре у зрителей возникала иллюзия, что это они сами открывают для себя закрытые стороны жизни ДРУГОГО мира.
